Your Aadhaar card and all details you submit must be genuine and belong to you. Submitting false, borrowed, or edited identity documents is a criminal offence under the Information Technology Act and Aadhaar Act. Pawsome will permanently ban and report confirmed cases of identity fraud.

You must agree on a price with the dog owner before the service begins. You may not demand extra payment mid-service, after handing back the dog, or threaten to withhold the dog unless paid more. The pricing guide on Pawsome is a reference — the final price is what you and the owner agreed on in advance.

Any form of abuse, theft, extortion, harassment, mistreatment of animals, or any other criminal conduct is grounds for immediate permanent removal and a report to local law enforcement. By listing on Pawsome you consent to your Aadhaar details being shared with police if a credible complaint is made against you.

Pawsome is a listing platform — not an employer, agency, or booking service. You are self-employed. All transactions, pricing, and scheduling happen directly between you and the dog owner. Pawsome takes no commission and accepts no liability for disputes.

If you are a rider, the dog is in your sole care during the service period. You must not hand the dog to a third party, take it out of the agreed area, or leave it unattended. Negligence that results in a dog being lost, injured, or harmed will be treated as a serious breach of this agreement.

Pawsome admin may remove or suspend any listing at any time if there is a credible complaint, if your details are found to be false, or if your conduct harms the community. There is no appeal period — removal is immediate when safety is at risk.

Your contact number is only revealed to dog owners who explicitly request it — and that action is logged. You must not use dog owners' contact details for any purpose other than the service they contacted you for. Spam, solicitation, or sharing their details with third parties is prohibited.

Pawsome may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the listing constitutes acceptance of the latest version. The current version is always shown at the time of registration.
